Replacement warranty

Our replacement guarantee is effective from the date you receive your profile and lasts for 30 days¹.

Upon reaching the period of 30 days of total guarantee + exclusive support, we will be able to assist in the analysis request for another 60 days. Whereas, in our heating base all profiles are removed 90 days after purchase.

¹For the replacement to be carried out, it must comply with the warranty terms that can be seen below.

*After any blocking related to the provided profile, a period of 24 hours is given to request the analysis.

You will lose the warranty if:
  • Change profile or BM data (name, password, 2-factor authentication, BM name).
  • Non-engagement (likes) campaigns are created.
  • Have had no warm-up process before starting campaigns.
  • Having misused the profile and/or not following privacy policies.
  • If IMPROPERLY transferring a profile from one tool to another or from one login to another.
Reimbursement due:
  • Within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product and/or service. If the warranty fits what was mentioned above.
